Vern S. Byrd is the senior partner for Byrd Real Estate Group L.L.C., specializing in commercial and industrial properties. Vern has been in the real estate industry since 1963. He was the owner and broker of Vern Byrd & Associates from 1974 – 2000, prior to his merge to Byrd Real Estate Group, L.L.C.
Vern attended Gonzaga University Law School and Carroll College with his B.S. Science degree. Vern currently belongs to the Spokane Real Estate Trader’s Club, is a member of the Spokane Association of Realtors, is a member of Commercial Industrial Brokers Association of Seattle and is a CCIM candidate.
